Available Litter:
To reserve a puppy from an available litter, email me and I'll tell you what to do. If you/your family are approved, we will reserve a male/female for you immediately.  You will then have five (5) days to get your deposit to us, if it is not received your name is removed from the Reserved List and the next person will be moved up into that spot.  Please remember, after we have confirmed your reservation for a puppy, you will have five (5) days to get your $200.00 deposit to us, no exceptions.  Deposits are NOT refundable unless we cannot provide you a puppy.  If we lose a puppy, the last person on the list of that sex choice will get their deposit back and/or any other monies they have paid towards their puppy or they can move their deposit (and or money paid towards the puppy) to the next expected litter if there is an available spot. We are honest people and do our best to make everyone happy but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. But know and trust we will always do the right thing.  REFERENCES ALWAYS AVAILABLE!!!

Waiting List for an Expected Litter:
In order to be placed on the waiting list for an expected litter, please email me.  We will visit and have a brief screening, if all goes well and you are approved, after your deposit ($200.00) is received you will immediately be placed on the waiting list for the Dam of your choice, in the next slot available and the sex you prefer.  After the litter is born and we determine what will be available, we will contact the first person on the waiting list.  If the sex of your choice is not available you may change your sex choice at that time or get your Deposit back (your choice).  After confirmation is made, a puppy will be Reserved for you. Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind for any reason and do not want a puppy or something changes in your life and you are not able to get a puppy.  However, if you are on the waiting list for an expected litter and the dam does not take or ANYTHING happens and WSK cannot provide you with a puppy, you will get your deposit back ASAP or you can transfer your deposit to another litter, if there is a spot and/or puppy available (your choice).  You are responsible for notifying us if you move and/or your email/phone number changes.  We will make every attempt to contact you via email and phone and give you 12 hours to respond, if you do not contact us within that time frame and prior arrangements have not been made (ex: if you are planning a vacation and will not be available when the litter is expected, no big deal, just let us know) you will lose your reservation and your deposit will not be refunded, no EXCEPTIONS will be made.  If you are concerned about this, please ask us ahead of time!!!!

We will post group litter pictures weekly.  Each puppy is given  a color with polish on the outside of their ear (don't worry it comes off) and we start our individual "puppy portraits" when they are around 4wks old.  We will update the pictures each week for you to see the changes, the last pictures are done usually at 6wks, we sometimes will post group shots at 7wks.  When the puppies are 6wks old we contact the first person on the reserved list and ask them to choose their puppy, then the second person is contacted and so forth.  After you have been notified via email and/or phone, you will to be ready to make your selection.  If you do not respond via email or phone within a 3 hour period and have not made prior arrangements, your pick will be skipped and continue to the next person.  When you do make contact with WSK you will automatically have the next pick in line.  It is not fair to make everyone wait and we will not do that.  So when you are notified that picks will begin, you need to check your email or be available by phone so you do not miss your pick.  If this is not an option, you can always give me your top 3 picks ahead of time and we can pick for you based on the selection you provided.  ****If you are planning on making your selection in person, you will need to make arrangements to do this when they are 6 weeks old.  If you have an early pick, and are not available to pick at that time, you will have to pick based on the pictures and information I provide you.  Do not ask WSK to postpone the picking of puppies, we will no longer do this, regardless of situation.  I am sorry, but it's not fair to the families that are faithfully waiting to pick their puppy on line.

The puppies flying to their new homes will not leave until they are 8wks old (airline guidelines and there are no exceptions, sorry).  We try to ship on the weekends only!!!!  If you cannot pick your puppy up on a Saturday or Sunday, let us know IMMEDIATELY.  We can ship during the week, but there is an additional $75.00 charge to do this.  
If you are driving to get your puppy and he/she is ready at 6 weeks of age (see**** below), you may get them at that time.  If you are picking up your puppy you will be required to pay your balance in CASH, no exceptions.  For our shipping puppies, we accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks.  Please allow up to 10 days for a personal check, cashier check and even a money order to clear.  We will accept Paypal with an additional 4% charge. We offer payment plans (basically after your deposit is made, you can pay any amount at any time), but we will not ship or deliver a puppy until the last payment has been received and the funds are clear and we have received a SIGNED Puppy Contract.  If you are not available to receive your puppy when he/she is 8wks old, due to a planned vacation, work schedule and/or something comes up, we will gladly hold your puppy for up to two weeks ONLY, provided your puppy is paid for in full and funds have cleared the bank.  If you have not paid for your puppy in full by the time he/she is 8wks old and prior arrangements have not been made, you WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT and the puppy will be placed in another home.  REMEMBER THE PUPPY YOU PICK IS NOT YOURS UNTIL HE/SHE IS IS PAID FOR IN FULL.  

EX:  You pay your deposit and pick a puppy.  The puppy should be paid for by the time he/she is 6 weeks old.  If you wait until the last week to pay your balance and the puppy is suppose to go out on Sunday, and something goes wrong (this happens) and funds do not come through, lost in the mail (use a traceable source) and/or funds are not good. WSK will place this puppy in another home and your deposit will not be refunded, regardless of situation.   Responsible Pet Owners are very important!!!  If we get your check during the week the puppy is suppose to ship out, the puppy will not leave until the check is cleared.  Should your check not clear the bank at this time, you will LOSE your deposit and the puppy will be placed in another home.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!  DO NOT ASK!!!!!

Our puppies come with AKC Registration Papers, Hip and Health Guarantee, 1st set of shots (see**** below) and are wormed from 2wks of age.  All puppies that will be flying to their new owners will come with a required Health Certificate.  This is included in the Shipping Costs.  See our Health Guarantee  and Puppy Contractfor more information.  We do not sell our puppies with breeding rights.

****Please note that if you are getting your puppy at 6wks of age, he/she will NOT have their 1st set of shots.  It appears some vets will give the 1st set of shots again, claiming they can't be sure if the vaccinations were good, since they did not administer them. This is not needed and can be dangerous to your puppy.  So we no longer have them done for the puppies getting picked up before 8 weeks of age.  Your puppy will be at the perfect age for your own vet to start their vaccination program and it will be safer for the puppy.
 
We reserve the right to interview all potential buyers to insure good, healthy homes.  We also reserve the right to refuse the sale of any White Sand Kennel Puppy (or adult dog) at any time if we do not feel it would be in the best interest of the puppy/dog and do not need to provide an explanation either!!!

Shipping is available to USA only.  Our puppies ship at 8 weeks of age.  The weather can be a factor as to when the puppy can be shipped, but rarely is, depends on the airline we have to use.  We only ship when it is safe for the puppy to travel.  Due to the rising fuel prices.  Shipping will run around $375.00. This includes the airfare, kennel, Health Certificate (required by the airlines) and the 1st set of puppy shots.
