SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Seller guarantees that Buyer will be satisfied with the puppy purchased. If Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy received, puppy may be returned to Seller within seven (7) days at Buyer's cost. Seller will replace puppy or a full refund of the purchase price (shipping cost, health certificate and kennel fees are NOT included in purchase price) will be made at Seller’s option. This Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for three (3) days after you receive your puppy.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
Seller states this puppy is a purebred German Shepherd of good health, and free of communicable diseases as far as Seller can see. This puppy has been checked by a veterinarian and was found to be healthy and has received one set of puppy shots (a puppy that is being picked up on the premises will NOT receive a set of puppy shots) and been treated for worms. For any Guarantees in this Contract Buyer must have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian within three (3) days of receiving puppy unless otherwise stated and agreed to in writing on this Contract (Saturday and Sunday are excluded, i.e. if you get your puppy on Friday-Sunday, you have until Wednesday to have it checked by your veterinarian). You will receive a replacement puppy from our next available litter (if there is one available) or a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy only, this does not include shipping, health certificate and/or kennel costs, if this puppy has any congenital defects which result in death or in its having to be euthanized within one year of this sale. Buyer must notify Seller and provide a written report of the dog's health problem from Buyer's veterinarian to the Seller within seven (7) days of diagnoses, death or euthanization. If Buyer does notify and provide a written report from Buyer’s veterinarian within seven (7) days of diagnoses, this Contract is VOID. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs and care during this time. Seller is not responsible for pigment fade or beige color that may appear on the coat (very normal and can occur seasonally or in extreme weather conditions). The dogs health is not affected by this.
Please Note: The Health Guarantee will be void if Buyer chooses not to have thier puppy examined by a veterinarian within the time frame as stated above. Please get your puppy Vet Checked for your protection. Keep your receipt in a safe place just in case something does come up, you will need to provide this showing you had your puppy vet checked at the time of your purchase and he/she was healthy at that time. We have never had an issue with this and we hope we never do.
HIP GUARANTEE
Limited Registration: This puppy is purchased as a pet and may not be bred (intentionally or unintentionally). Within one (1) year from date of purchase, should your puppy develop hip dysplasia or any genetic skeletal disorder, which disorder will severely diminish your puppy's quality and enjoyment of life and necessitate euthanasia, upon receipt of (1) a letter from a duly licensed veterinarian attesting to such condition must be provided within seven (7) days of diagnoses; (2) a certificate of euthanasia; and (3) the puppy's AKC registration certificate, you will receive a replacement puppy from our next available litter. Buyer will pay all shipping costs, including health certificate and/or kennel if needed. A pet puppy who is found to have a mild condition when diagnosed, which does not require euthanasia, will NOT be replaced.
Limited Registration with spay or neuter agreement: Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this puppy between the age of seven and nine months of age and will mail White Sand Kennels a veterinarian verification upon completion of that operation. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide this documentation within 30 days of said operation. If said documentation is not provided in said time frame, this Contract is VOID.
